Using a local network and the Sims 4 Multiplayer Mod, you can play The Sims 4 with multiple people live on one save file. Simsi45 has a ton of good Maxis Match stuff in general that we recommend, like Teen Style Stuff or a comfy collection of pillows.
The furniture is clean and pretty easy to match, so it makes building simple rooms easy.
